1. If the individual pays at the place where the household registration is located, you can apply for insurance at Yuhuan County Social Security Bureau. Bring your ID card, unemployment certificate, household registration book, digital photo receipt and bank passbook to the personal payment window of the Social Security Bureau.

2. If it is not your domicile, you can't apply for self-payment. You can only apply for old-age insurance through re-employment units, or you can rely on other people's units to help you pay old-age insurance.
