How to pay farmers' social security

Farmers pay social security in two ways:

1, take the village as the insured unit, and the insured unit shall go through the registration formalities. When you are insured for the first time, you should fill in the registration form of the old-age security unit.

2. 3. If the insured person is a soldier or a veteran, provide a military service certificate issued by the People's Armed Forces Department, fill out the Application Form for Government Subsidy for Active-duty Soldiers of Basic Old-age Insurance for Farmers, and report it to the town (street) labor security management service office.

Rural social security is a personal account of old-age insurance established by the state for each new rural insurance participant. Individual contributions, collective subsidies and other economic organizations, social welfare organizations, individual contributions and local government contributions are all credited to individual accounts. Personal account deposit accounts shall bear interest every year with reference to the one-year RMB deposit rate of financial institutions announced by the People's Bank of China. The village coordinator is responsible for checking whether the relevant materials of the insured are complete, signing and affixing the official seal of the village (neighborhood) committee on the insured form, and submitting the materials such as the insured form, the household registration book and the copy of the resident ID card to the township office within the prescribed time limit. Insured farmers themselves can also go directly to the township offices to handle relevant procedures.

The township office is responsible for the preliminary examination of the relevant materials of the insured. After it is correct, the insurance registration information will be entered into the agricultural insurance information system in time, and the official seal will be affixed to the insurance application form, and the materials such as the insurance application form, a copy of the household registration book and a copy of the resident ID card will be reported to the county-level social security institution within the prescribed time limit.

County-level social security institutions should review the relevant information of the insured (which can be compared with the information base of the public security department), and establish a personal account for them after confirming that the registration information is correct, and file the relevant materials in time.

New rural social endowment insurance payment standard;

Because the new rural social endowment insurance payment adopts the principle of independent choice of payment, government subsidy and individual overpayment, the convenient inquiry of payment standard should include factors such as payment grade, government or collective subsidy of each grade, age of participation, etc. The new rural endowment insurance fund is composed of individual payment, collective subsidy and government subsidy.

In terms of individual payment, rural residents who participate in the new rural insurance should pay the old-age insurance premium according to the regulations. At present, the payment standard is set at 100 yuan per year, 200 yuan, 300 yuan, 400 yuan, 500- 1200 yuan and 12 files, and various localities can add payment grades according to actual conditions.

Insured people choose their own grades to pay, and pay more. The state adjusts the payment grade according to the growth of per capita net income of rural residents.
