From now on, parents can apply for medical insurance for newborn urban residents at their current residence and community labor and social security service office within three months after birth with their household registration book and their parents' residence permit in Henan (except for parents in Henan). The third type is newborns who have been insured for more than 90 days. If you pay the prescribed annual fee during the centralized payment period, you can enjoy the insurance benefits normally only by paying the personal part; After the end of the centralized payment period, the insured person will be paid in full by the individual, and the financial subsidy will not be granted. You will not enjoy medical insurance benefits until 90 days after the actual payment date.
