Personal account pension = 120000÷ 139=863 yuan.

Overall account pension = 7000× (1+1.4) ÷ 2× 38×1%= 3192 yuan.

Transitional pension = 7000×1.4 %× 27×1.4 = 3704 yuan. It can be seen that transitional pension is much more than the actual payment period! A transitional pension of 27 years is higher than a basic pension of 38 years.

Lao Zhao's pension calculated according to the new method =863+3 192+3704=7759 yuan.

Of course, this figure is somewhat different, but the pension of 7759 and the social security base of 7000 yuan at that time are enough to explain everything.

It should not be overlooked that Lao Zhao still has a professional annuity to calculate. The occupational annuity system will be implemented on 20 14 and will be retired in 2025. The occupational annuity is 1 1 year.

Occupational annuity also belongs to the supplementary mode of retirement pension system, but unfortunately it does not count as the payment period.

Lao Zhao's occupational annuity payment ratio is 10%, which is two percentage points more than 8% personal account pension, so the personal account of occupational annuity is about 1.5 million.

Therefore, Lao Zhao's annuity =150000 ÷139 =1079 yuan.

In fact, Lao Zhao's pension is =7759+ 1079=8838 yuan.
