major duty

(a) to implement the national and provincial guidelines, policies, laws and regulations on labor and social insurance, formulate the overall plan for the reform of the city's labor and social insurance system, prepare the city's labor and social insurance development plan and annual work plan and organize their implementation.

(two) to formulate the city's labor and social insurance policies and regulations and organize their implementation, supervision and inspection; To formulate measures for the administration of the city's labor and social security policy service consulting institutions; Exercising the power of supervision and inspection of labor and social insurance on behalf of the municipal government, formulating the norms of supervision and inspection of labor and social insurance in the whole city, and supervising and guiding the work of social insurance supervision and inspection institutions in the whole city.

(eight) to formulate the provisions and measures for the collection, payment, management and operation of social insurance funds in the city; Put forward audit opinions on the budget and final accounts of social insurance funds; To exercise administrative supervision over the management of social insurance funds; According to the national policies and standards, formulate the measures for the administration of social insurance agencies and the measures for the qualification identification of fund operating institutions in this Municipality; Formulate the construction plan of Huishi social insurance service system and organize its implementation.
