Enter the online form page, fill in the relevant information, click "Next" to confirm the information, the information is confirmed, click "Submit".

Go back to the page of "Ningbo Resident Medical Insurance Participation and Payment", and select the second item of "Urban and Rural Resident Social Insurance Fee Declaration". Select "Reporting".

Choose "myself" or "others", fill in the basic information of the contributor, click "Next"; after confirming that the information is correct, click "Submit" to proceed. "The first step in the process is to make sure that you have the right information to pay the bill.

Choose the payment method.

If you want to pay by bank card, WeChat, Alipay, select "third-party payment"; if you have signed a bank debit agreement, you can also select "agreement to pay", which will be deducted through the bank card to sign the agreement to pay the fee.

In the case of third-party payment, for example, the QR code will be saved in a screenshot, and Alipay will be used to scan the code to pay the fee.
