4045 subsidy declaration requirements
(1) Four categories of registered unemployed persons who have local accounts and register for individual employment may apply for social security subsidies for flexible employment, including:
1, female over 40 years old, male over 45 years old (i.e. "4045" unemployed);
2 registered unemployed people who have been unemployed for more than one year;
3. Zero-employment family members;
4. The families of the troops who first entered Beijing.
(2) Within two years after graduation in 2020, college graduates in this city who are employed flexibly for the first time can apply for social security subsidies for flexible employment through the Beijing Graduate Employment and Entrepreneurship Service Platform, without registering for unemployment.
The above personnel can apply for social security subsidies for flexible employment for 30 days.
Subsidy standard
1. Basic old-age insurance: based on 40% of the average monthly salary of employees in this city in the previous year, it will be subsidized according to the proportion of 20% 14%, and individuals will pay 6%;
2. Unemployment insurance: based on 40% of the average monthly salary of employees in this city in the previous year, the subsidy is 0.8% and the individual pays 0.2% according to the rate of 1%;

Two. The materials required for 4050 employees to apply for social security subsidies are as follows:
1, original and photocopy of employment unemployment registration certificate;

Three. 4050 employee social security subsidy collection process is as follows:

(3) Having emigrated;
(four) enjoy the basic old-age insurance benefits;
(5) Refusing to accept appropriate jobs or training provided by departments or institutions designated by local people's governments without justifiable reasons.
