We are from Tongwei, Gansu. Why don't we have social security cards?

1. If the applicant has applied for insurance, complete documents and materials, and has not re-insured, he can generally get a social security card about one month after completing the insurance procedures;

2. When collecting: the party concerned should bring his/her valid ID card to the bank outlet designated by the local social security department to collect it, and go through the activation procedures;

3. On the premise that the parties meet all the above conditions, if they have not yet received the social security card, they can consult the staff when handling it.

The Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that:

Tenth employees should participate in the basic old-age insurance, and employers and employees should pay the basic old-age insurance premium.

Individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time employees who have not participated in the basic old-age insurance in the employer and other flexible employees can participate in the basic old-age insurance, and individuals pay the basic old-age insurance premium.

The measures for the endowment insurance of civil servants and staff managed by reference to the Civil Service Law shall be formulated by the State Council.
