(1) Division of responsibilities for employment management of college graduates.

The employment guidance and service for college graduates who have gone through the formalities of suspension before leaving school shall be the responsibility of the Municipal Education Bureau; Employment guidance and services for graduates after leaving school shall be the responsibility of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau; The graduate policy is led by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and jointly formulated with the Municipal Education Bureau and other departments.

(II) Institutions directly under the former Municipal Personnel Bureau: Municipal Floating Talents Management Office, Municipal Personnel Examination Office, Municipal Personnel Dispute Arbitration Committee Office, Municipal Personnel Information Center, Municipal Military Demobilized Cadres Training Center and institutions directly under the former Labor and Social Security Bureau: Municipal Social Insurance Fund Administration, Municipal Labor Security Supervision Detachment, Municipal Labor Security Information Center, Municipal Enterprise Retirees Socialized Service Management Office, Municipal Employment Service Administration, The Municipal Labor Dispute Arbitration Commission Office, the Municipal Senior Technical School, the Municipal Vocational Skills Appraisal Institute, the Municipal High-skill Training Management Center, the Municipal Traffic Technical School and the Municipal Employment Training Center are placed under the management of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
