Application conditions:

(1) Having People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality;

(2) Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC);

(3) Having good conduct and professional ethics;

(4) Having the professional or skill conditions required for the post, and the professional required for the post shall be subject to the catalogue of disciplines and specialties of the Ministry of Education;
