Xingyang Urban Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. is located in the courtyard of Xingyang Construction Administration Bureau. It is a wholly state-owned limited liability company invested by Xingyang Municipal People's Government, belonging to a state-owned enterprise. Zhengzhou Jinyang Electric Co., Ltd. is the only enterprise in Henan Province with the qualification to design and produce power transformers with voltage levels above 1 10kV.
