Article 9 The town people's government and sub-district offices shall perform the following fire safety responsibilities:

(2) Guide village (resident) committees to formulate fire safety conventions;

(3) Assist relevant departments to supervise and urge units within the jurisdiction to formulate fire safety systems and fire safety operating procedures, and implement them Fire safety responsibilities;

(4) Organize regular fire safety inspections and take measures to eliminate fire hazards;

Article 11 Public security fire protection agencies shall perform the following fire safety responsibilities:
