Are Prussians German?

Prussian, English is Prussian and has two meanings. One is people with Prussian nationality, and the other is people living in Prussia, that is, the old Prussians relative to the modern Prussian kingdom.

The Germans are barbarians compared with the Romans, just like our Han Dynasty and Xiongnu.

The old Prussians were not Germans, they were Baltics, and they were of the same kind as the three Baltic countries. Later, the Germans brutally colonized this area, and they continued to live and conquer with the local old Prussians. Forcing local people to speak German and learn the Germanic way of life. The ancient Germans slowly disappeared. The rest are modern Prussians, namely Teutonic knights and later Prussians.
