Sunlou Village is Sunlou Village, Daxie Township, Zhecheng County, Shangqiu City, Henan Province.

Sunlou Village is located in the east of Daxie Township and adjacent to Old Wang Ji Township in the east. There are three groups of Sun Min in Sunlou Village: Sunlou (back team), Hudian and Li Jia (front team).

In Sunlou Village, Liu is the majority, in Hudian, Hu is the majority, and in Lijia, Li is the majority. There are Zhang and Yan surnames in the village.

There is no official historical record about the origin of this village. It is said that in the early days, there was a big family named Sun in the village, and this family had a building. Later, with the population gathering, the village was named Sunlou Village. The economy of Sunlou Village is dominated by agriculture. Because it is located in the eastern Henan plain, the economy of the village is mainly grain crops-wheat and corn. Villagers also occasionally grow peppers, cotton, soybeans, vegetables and so on.

The villagers in Sunlou are hardworking and simple, with the traditional simple style of farmers in China. In the 1990s, almost every family in the village (Sunlou) grew vegetables. Except for their own consumption, most of them are taken to the market or sold on the street. Ten miles and eight townships all know that the food in Sunlou Village is good. At that time, vegetables were the most important cash crops and a great source of income in Sunlou Village. Walking into Sunlou Village, you can see many large and small vegetable gardens with branches dotted in them, which are very idyllic.
