Applications for study permits, skilled immigrants, business immigrants and project immigrants nominated by the province can only be submitted to our bureau by mail.

Applications for sponsoring family members to emigrate must be mailed to the application processing center in Mississauga, Canada. Please apply according to the application form and instructions corresponding to your application category. If the application for sponsoring family members to emigrate is sent to Beijing, it will be automatically returned to the sender.

Please make sure that the materials are complete when mailing the application. If any necessary materials are missing, the application will be returned to the sender. You can mail the completed application form, accurate application fee and all required materials to:

Note: We cannot provide mail delivery confirmation for every applicant. If you want to confirm that your application has been delivered successfully, please use registered mail and contact the post office for confirmation.

B- submit the application in person:

Our office only accepts applications submitted to the embassy in person from 08: 15 to 1 1:00 am from Monday to Thursday. Applicants who submit their applications in person must pay at the Montreal Bank of the Canadian Embassy.

First of all, please pay at the embassy payment office and get the receipt. When your application form is completed and you have received the payment receipt, you can show the receipt to the security guard directly at the security checkpoint and enter the embassy. After entering the waiting hall, please queue up at window 1- 2-3-4-5 to submit an application for a temporary resident visa or travel document, and submit an application for a work permit at window 9.

From June 1, if you choose to pay the application fee by postal remittance or bank check, you must submit your application by post. If postal remittance or bank check is used to pay the application fee for temporary resident visit visa, work permit and travel document (overseas permanent resident), we will not accept the application submitted in person.
