1. According to the relevant instructions of the National Immigration Bureau, the exit-entry administration departments of public security organs nationwide will:

Continue to provide visa extension and residence permit processing services for foreigners;

If there is an urgent need, the relevant documents will be handled urgently;

According to local conditions, the local exit-entry administration departments will arrange services such as making an appointment to obtain certificates and obtaining evidence.

2. Except for the closure of China exit passage at Wuhan Port, the visa authorities at domestic ports are still operating normally, and the visa-free policy for foreigners in transit has not been adjusted due to this epidemic. Land, sea and air ports will continue to be open to the outside world, and foreigners can enter and leave the country normally with valid entry and exit certificates.

In addition, in order to prevent and control the spread of the epidemic, some countries and regions have implemented corresponding entry control measures for the epidemic. It is suggested that foreigners who need to leave the country should know clearly in advance the regulations and operations of the destination country or region on the entry of personnel, so as to avoid unnecessary time or economic losses caused by the inability to enter the country.
