About college students going abroad at public expense

Few universities in 985 can send you out at public expense ~ Now they are basically Chinese-foreign cooperative schools 2+2 or 3+ 1 or something ~ But those cooperative foreign schools are basically rubbish to death ~ If you are really as capable as you say (it seems that you are quite confident ~), then study hard when you are an undergraduate, and test GPA, TOFFEL, IETS and GRE. Business is GMAT, law is LSAT, and everything else is GRE), and then apply for a full scholarship from a foreign university ~ this is no different from public funds ~ but I advise you not to aim too high, and down-to-earth is king.
