Cao: Male, a permanent resident of Hong Kong,1since August 1999, he has served as the executive director and chairman of the Company. Mr. Cao is also one of the main founders, operators and investors of our company. At present, Mr. Cao also serves as the director of most subsidiaries of the Company, and holds various positions in various institutions, including the 12th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Committee member, the executive vice president of China Overseas Chinese Investment Enterprise Association, the vice president of China Glory Industry Promotion Association, the vice president of Fujian Enterprise and Entrepreneur Association, and the honorary president of Fujian Charity Federation.
