Fu Jing (Director, Party Secretary): Leading the overall work of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and directly managing the Fixed Assets Investment Department and the Personnel Department.

Yuan Jiayu (Deputy Director and Party Member): In charge of Rural Economic Department, Economic and Trade Department, special inspector Office of Provincial Major Projects and Provincial International Engineering Consulting Center.

Zhang Jibing (Deputy Director and Party Member): In charge of the Department of Resource Conservation and Environmental Protection, the Provincial Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Monitoring Corps and the Economic Research Institute of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission.

Xu Yuanzhi (deputy director, member of the party group, deputy director of the Beijing Office of the provincial government (one year's probation)): assisted Fu Jeer in charge of the investment department and contacted the national ministries to coordinate major projects.
