Do I need to undergo a domestic physical examination after obtaining a visa to study in Singapore?

There is a physical examination before admission.

After your first day of reporting, a college representative will take you to the nearest clinic for a physical examination. The physical examination fee is SGD 40 to 70, and the physical examination report will be received within 3 to 5 working days. A student visa can only be obtained after the physical examination report is issued. Once you receive the medical examination report from the clinic, the college will return to you the complete set of notarized documents submitted to the Immigration Department during the application process. Next is an introduction to the materials you need to bring for a physical examination to study in Singapore:

1. Physical examination report

2. Original passport and entry visa

3. From the school Issued admission confirmation

4. Original notarized student materials

When receiving a student visa, the corresponding student visa fee must be paid to the Immigration Department (each year of application for a student visa is 40 Singapore dollars) and a multiple-entry visa fee of 20 Singapore dollars (an additional multiple-entry visa fee of 20 Singapore dollars is required for each change of student visa). These fees are in addition to the course fees the school charges you.

Note: Students’ physical examination must be carried out according to the physical examination items in the physical examination form issued by the Immigration Department. This physical examination form will be available at the school reception on your first day of enrollment. Once a student has applied for student follow-up services provided by the school, a school representative will take you to the immigration office and ensure that you have all the necessary documents.
