Job description:
Shenzhen Xintai Optical Co., Ltd., a 50,000-person Taiwan-funded factory, mainly produces cameras, mobile phone lenses, mobile phone modules, plastic products and mold processing.
Main processes: plastic molding, coating, electroplating, assembly, SMT, COB, machining, etc.
Job responsibilities:
1. Lean production promotion: Lean production is promoted under the guidance of Japanese teacher Nozawa and Taiwan Province teacher Cao. In 2008, the accumulated cost savings of labor, raw materials and auxiliary consumables in the Division were 1.2 million;
2. Productivity management and promotion: standard work setting, daily/weekly/monthly productivity calculation and monitoring, field improvement of IE seven methods, and improvement of productivity in line balance, with productivity increasing by 2.5% every month;
3.VIP: VIP budget and audit, staffing and distribution, membership management, personnel inflow and outflow management. Staffing should be controlled within the monthly output 1300, and the indirect ratio should be within 15%;
4. Machines: spot check machine productivity, load calculation, machine purchase budget and TPM maintenance. The productivity is above 90%, the machine failure rate is below 1%, the accident is zero, and the work injury is zero.
5. Performance management: establish, maintain and adjust the performance appraisal mechanism of the Division;
6. Cost management and cost reduction-product quotation man-hours, rework request man-hours, product profit and loss accounting, departmental cost reduction project implementation;
7. Promotion and establishment of 7.ISO: the establishment of operating standards of various departments and the establishment of production process records;
8. Propose to establish and implement an improvement system to encourage employees to improve;
9.IE education and training: popularize the basic knowledge of IE for on-site cadres and employees, let them master the seven methods of IE on the spot and improve independently.
