I. Demand situation

85 enterprises in Zaozhuang provide 244 urgently needed majors (positions) and 883 talents (see the annex for details).

Second, preferential policies.

1, employment and entrepreneurship subsidies: those who meet the requirements to work in enterprises in our city will be given subsidies of 1000 yuan, 2,000 yuan and 5,000 yuan each month, which will be paid for three consecutive years; Eligible self-employed people, in addition to enjoying the existing entrepreneurial support policies, the municipal finance will give subsidies in accordance with the standard of 20,000 yuan per year for three consecutive years, while enjoying rental and living subsidies.

2. Purchase subsidy: 20,000 yuan, 50,000 yuan and 200,000 yuan will be given to those who meet the conditions for purchasing the first house.

3. Children's schooling: Full-time master's and doctoral students who are employed or self-employed in enterprises in our city, whose children are at the age of compulsory education, can attend public compulsory education schools (including public kindergartens) within the city according to their own wishes. The employment enterprise must be an independent legal person registered in Zaozhuang, and the talents are introduced for the enterprise full-time.
