Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology publicized the list of specialized and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises in Beijing in the third quarter of 2023, and 48 enterprises including Beijing Bohui Innovation Biotechnology Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Bihai Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. and Beijing Fu Ling Biotechnology Co., Ltd. were on the list. Among the selected enterprises, Beijing Bihai Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise.

Up to now, there are 7388 specialized and special new enterprises in the city and 545 in Changping District, ranking third in the city in terms of increment and fourth in total. In order to stimulate enterprise innovation and create vitality, cultivate and introduce a number of unicorn enterprises with strong innovation ability and great development potential to specialize in new enterprises and promote the echelon cultivation of small and medium-sized enterprises. Strive to double by 2025, with more than 800 small and medium-sized enterprises specializing in special innovation and 90 national small giant enterprises specializing in special innovation.

Specialized and innovative incentive funds

Guided by the idea of socialism with characteristics, with a view to promoting the high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises and helping to build a new pattern of dual-cycle development, from 20021-2025, the central government will arrange 1 1 digit reward funds, guide local governments to improve their support policies and public service systems, and support more than 1000 national-level specialized new projects in three batches.

By supporting some national (or provincial) public service demonstration platforms for small and medium-sized enterprises, we will strengthen the service level and gather resources such as funds, talents and technology to drive about 10000 small and medium-sized enterprises to grow into national specialized new giant enterprises. On August 24th, 2023, Beijing Special New Special Board was officially opened.
