Step 1: Each unit can report the employment plan of this semester to the Student Affairs Office according to the working characteristics and actual situation of the department. Units planning to set up work-study positions should fill in the attachment 1 Application Form for Setting Work-study Positions of All Units in the School and the attachment 2 "Table for Setting Work-study Positions", and submit the attachment 1 paper version and the electronic version of the attachment 2 to the Student Affairs Office at the same time, and then submit them to the relevant leaders of the College for examination and approval.
Step 2: After the position of work-study program is confirmed, the Student Affairs Office will announce the position setting, employment process and other information to all students.

1, recruitment conditions
(1) can strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the school, be hard-working and have good moral quality;
(2) Good conduct, strong sense of responsibility and good organization and coordination skills;

2. Recruitment process
Step 1: Students apply. Students apply to the employer according to the work-study post setting table published by the college-submit the Registration Form for Students' Work-study Application (Annex 3) and interview with the employer;
Step 2: Pre-job training for employers. The employing unit shall conduct pre-job training for the candidates and determine the candidates;
Step 3: The Student Affairs Office puts on record. After the employer determines the candidate, it shall submit the Student Work-study Application Registration Form (Annex 3) submitted by the student to the Student Affairs Office for examination and filing;
Step 4: The Student Affairs Office announces the application results. The student affairs office announces the employment situation of work-study students to the whole school;
Step 5: Students are formally employed. Successful candidates are officially listed on the job list.
Third, attendance record and remuneration payment.
1. All employment departments are responsible for recording the work of work-study students, making work-study attendance forms (Annex 4) for future reference, and submitting the workload statistics of work-study students (Annex 5) to the Student Affairs Office before the 5th of each month;
2. The remuneration standard for work-study programs is 10 yuan/hour, and the duration is no more than 40 hours per month. In the early days of each month, students' rewards for work-study programs last month are distributed centrally.
Four, the school work-study post matters needing attention
1, the employer shall, according to the needs, give full consideration to the work needs and save money on the premise of reporting the work-study positions and the required number of work-study programs;
2, post setting should fully consider the characteristics of students and the nature of work, any unit shall not let students engage in dangerous, inconvenient for students to participate in the work;
3, the implementation of "who retained, who is responsible for", the employer is responsible for the safety of work-study students, each unit should arrange special personnel to manage the work-study students.
