In order to meet the development needs of quality and technical supervision, Weifang quality and technical supervision system openly recruits some supernumerary workers for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Recruitment Plan

Those who pass the preliminary examination shall go to the Personnel Department of Weifang Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision (Room 709, Weifang Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision at the intersection of Wolong East Street and Yinfeng Road, Weifang City) for re-examination.

4. Step 2 interview

(1) Ranks candidates according to their written test scores from high to low. (3) Investigation and physical examination

The employing unit is responsible for inspecting the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance of the candidates, and reviewing their qualifications.

Those who pass the inspection shall be organized by the employer to the local regular hospital for physical examination, and the physical examination shall be carried out with reference to the civil service physical examination standards.

Four. Employment and wages

According to the results of written examination, interview, inspection and physical examination, the candidates to be hired are selected, and the positions with the ratio of candidates to recruiters below 3: 1 must reach the average score of candidates and above. The list of persons to be employed and the assessment results shall be publicized on the website of Weifang Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision and the employment information of Weifang graduates in time. During the publicity period, if there is no objection to the personnel to be hired, the employer shall put forward employment opinions and report them to the employment guidance center for college graduates for the record.

The legal representative of the employing unit or its client and the employed person shall sign a labor contract according to the labor law to determine the labor relationship. The employer holds the labor contract to go through the employment dispatch formalities at the employment guidance center for college graduates.

The employed personnel shall implement the probation system. The probation period is included in the term of the employment contract, and those who pass the expiration are formally employed; Unqualified, cancel the employment. After determining the employment relationship between the employer and the employee, the employer will implement the same salary as the regular employee, handle the file keeping procedures for the employee, and handle various statutory insurances according to the regulations. At the same time, the employer should actively contact the local talent exchange center to do a good job in the declaration and evaluation of the titles of the employed personnel.
