If the personnel files have not been handed over to our center for safekeeping when the applicant settles down, the file transfer formalities shall be handled at the same time when the applicant settles down. After the pre-examination in our center is completed, individuals can print a file transfer letter with electronic seal and two-dimensional code (which can be scanned for verification) on the talent settlement declaration platform. I hold the file transfer letter to the original file storage institution to handle the personnel file transfer procedures and forward it by confidential communication. It is strictly forbidden for individuals to forward their own files.

[Before self-printing the file transfer letter, please contact the original file storage institution. If the other party does not accept the self-printed letter, he can bring his resident ID card to our center (No.77 Nantiancheng Road, Xiangcheng District) and handle the file transfer letter at the one-stop service window for employment and talents in Xiangcheng District.

If there is any objection to the publicity, our center will organize investigation and verification with relevant departments within 30 working days from the date of receiving the report materials, and inform the verification results.

Iii. trial files

(1) If the file has been handed over to the unit with file keeping authority in our city, the unit can be responsible for the file audit and submit the Personnel File Audit Form of Xiangcheng District of Suzhou to our center;

(2) After the personal files are transferred to our center, our center will issue the Notice of Missing Files of Talents Settled in Xiangcheng District of Suzhou after examination, and inform the missing materials and their possible impact at one time. I shall make a written explanation and submit a letter of commitment for supplementary filing materials.

However, if the application conditions are academic qualifications, degrees or titles, the materials reflecting academic qualifications, degrees or titles in the archives shall be complete, true and effective.

Four. Submission of materials

After preliminary examination and review, those who meet the conditions for settlement will be issued after approval by the person in charge of our center and handed over to the public security organ where they intend to settle down.

If the applicant unit or individual fails to pass the examination in the fifth paragraph of Article 3 of the Detailed Rules, our center will give feedback and explain the reasons.

Seven. Household registration migration

According to the notice of the public security organ and the requirements of the sixth paragraph of Article 3 of the Detailed Rules, the personnel to be settled shall go through the formalities of relocation and settlement in registered permanent residence.
