Membership dues management of China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association

According to the Notice of the Ministry of Civil Affairs on Adjusting the Membership Fee Policy of Social Organizations (No.95 [2003] of the Ministry of Civil Affairs), the Notice of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Ministry of Finance on Further Defining the Membership Fee Policy of Social Organizations (No.0/23 [2006] of the Ministry of Civil Affairs) and the Notice on Regulating the Charging Behavior of Social Organizations (No.65438 [2007] of the Ministry of Civil Affairs)

Article 1 Annual fee payment standard

1. Membership fee is 2000 yuan;

Second, the membership fee of the governing unit is 4,000 yuan;

Three, the executive director unit membership fee of six thousand yuan;

Four, vice president of the unit membership fee of twenty thousand yuan;

Five, member units can voluntarily pay membership fees beyond the above standards to support the development of the association;

Six, individual members voluntarily pay a certain amount.

Article 2 Payment method of membership dues

First, member units remit membership fees to the secretariat of China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association before the end of March each year;

Two, the newly approved members shall pay the membership fee within one month from the date of approval. Members who join the membership in the second half of the year pay half of the annual membership fee.

Article 3 After paying the membership fee, members shall enjoy the following rights

1. The membership certificate was awarded by China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association, and the bronze medal was awarded by units above the Council;

Two, free access to the association journal "China printing and dyeing association information";

Third, browse the website information of China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association by member level;

Four, to participate in various activities of China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association, according to the membership price concessions;

Five, enjoy the membership rights stipulated in the articles of association of China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association;

6. Enjoy other services that can give priority to members.

Article 4 If a member unit fails to pay its membership dues for one year, its rights stipulated in Article 3 shall be suspended. The unpaid membership fee for two years will be deemed as automatic withdrawal and the membership card will be withdrawn. If the unit above the director fails to pay the membership fee for one year, the qualification above the director will be cancelled and the certificate and bronze medal will be withdrawn.

Article 5 These Measures were adopted by the Fourth Congress of China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association and shall come into force as of 2008.

Article 6 The Secretariat of China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Measures.
