Hello, first of all, I congratulate you on your successful completion of your studies and welcome you to join China Railway 15th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. In order to complete the registration-related matters, the relevant matters are now notified as follows:

1. Please contact the school’s Employment Guidance Center (Admissions and Employment Department) for the specific registration unit, time, location, and contact information.

2. Household registration transfer: The household registration of graduates assigned to No. 1 to No. 7 Companies, Guizhou China Railway Bridge Company, Northwest Company, and Chengdu Company will be moved to the location of the specific assigned unit; the destination is to be determined and those assigned to other units will be transferred to the group The company is located in No. 2 Sitong Road, Luoyang City, Henan Province.

3. Transfer of Party Organization Relations: Graduates within Henan Province: transfer to the Organization Department of the Party Committee of China Railway 15th Bureau Group Company; graduates from outside Henan Province: transfer to the Organization Department of Luoyang Municipal Party Committee, Henan Province.

4. Please bring the "Registration Certificate", household registration transfer certificate, and graduation certificate when you register. If you need to settle in Luoyang, please provide the original household registration transfer certificate, 2 one-inch photos, and two copies each of your ID card, graduation certificate, registration certificate, and employment agreement. You can bring toiletries, a change of clothes for summer and a few books with you.

5. On-the-job training and physical examinations are arranged by the specific assigned units (branches and subsidiaries of the group company).

6. Please report in according to the time specified in the notice. If you need to report in advance or late due to special reasons, please contact our group company or the specific allocation unit in time.
