Comparative analysis of online recruitment and traditional recruitment methods There are many recruitment channels, such as job fairs, newspapers and magazines, TV broadcasts, talent headhunting, talent service centers, employee recommendation, campus recruitment, online recruitment and so on. The traditional recruitment methods mentioned here refer to other recruitment methods besides online recruitment. This paper mainly selects three representative recruitment methods: job fair, newspaper advertisement and talent recruitment to compare with online recruitment.
