The specific analysis is as follows:

1. Graduates from institutions affiliated to Baoji City and Tsinghua University will be employed if they pass the open recruitment examination;

2. Baoji City introduces Tsinghua University graduates to work in enterprises in the area (including non-public enterprises, the same below), directly signs labor contracts with enterprises, manages them according to enterprise personnel management measures, and enjoys enterprise personnel treatment. Can also be according to my wishes, the personnel relationship will be saved in professional counterparts in the municipal full institutions (not subject to the establishment, post restrictions), the preservation period is 5 years. During the retention period of personnel relations, the file salary shall be managed according to the on-the-job personnel of public institutions. After the expiration, if the personnel relationship is officially transferred to a public institution or enterprise, the preservation period may be extended as appropriate;

3. For Tsinghua University graduates who are officially employed as staff of public institutions and have signed labor contracts with enterprises for more than 5 years, the municipal finance will give 50,000 yuan, 654.38+10,000 yuan and 1.5 million yuan to undergraduate, master and doctoral graduates respectively, and the resettlement fee will be paid in equal amounts for 5 years;

6. Tsinghua University graduates are officially employed as staff of public institutions, and if they have signed labor contracts with enterprises for more than 5 years, the Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau will provide 1 set of public rental housing free of charge or the municipal (county, district) finance will issue housing subsidies, and 500 yuan will be subsidized monthly for 5 consecutive years;

Declaration conditions:

1. The applicant is a self-trained full-time high-end talent (including newly introduced talents from outside the city, returned talents from overseas Baoji and local college graduates), and belongs to Class A, Class B and Class C talents within the scope of Baoji Talent Directory;

2. The applicant has signed a labor contract in an industrial enterprise (excluding branches established outside Baoji) and worked for 1 year or more;

Application material

Approval procedure

1. The applicant fills in the Application Approval Form for Housing Living Allowance for High-end Talents in Baoji City and submits relevant certification materials to the enterprise for preliminary examination;

2. After passing the preliminary examination, the enterprise shall be audited by the Party Working Committee of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security High-tech Zone;

3. The Party Working Committee of High-tech Zone organizes Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security to review and report to the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee for review;

4, the Municipal Party Committee Organization Department in conjunction with the Municipal Finance Bureau audit, publicity, submitted to the municipal government for approval;

Time limit requirements:
