Changzhou urban management fine standards for stall trucks in 2021

The 2021 Changzhou Urban Management Bureau’s fine standards for setting up stalls are:

For setting up stalls and operating on the road, a fine of not less than 100 yuan but not more than 500 yuan will be imposed.

The law is based on the provisions of Article 42 of the "Urban Management Regulations" and violates the provisions of Article 17, paragraph 1, of piling materials and setting up stalls on both sides of the streets and public places without approval. Those who operate on-site or out of stores shall be fined not less than 100 yuan but not more than 500 yuan.

No unit or individual may open a market, set up stalls, operate a store, stack materials, or build buildings, structures or other facilities within the scope of urban roads and public places.

If you really need to build non-permanent buildings, structures or other facilities, or temporarily set up stalls or stack materials, you must obtain the consent of the administrative department for appearance and environmental sanitation at or above the county level, and then follow the relevant regulations.
