Why is the competition in the teacher recruitment examination more and more fierce?

This is normal. I remember that the teacher qualification examination started in Tianjin, and people began to pay attention to it in 2008. I think if the whole country is paying attention to students, it should be that time. In fact, at that time, many people still had no idea about the postgraduate teachers.

I remember that at that time, the recruitment of teachers was basically the kind that you could pass by applying for the exam. This is a little too simple. Let's just say that the number of applicants for the previous position was around 30, unlike the current recruitment of 5 people, there were hundreds of applicants.

The same is true for teachers' exams. 10 years has increased by dozens of times. Especially from 20 16, the most popular at that time, and everyone thought that the most profitable, relaxed and free was the makeup teacher. I have contacted many candidates. After all, we do training and can reach thousands of people a year, just in Tianjin. At that time, many people in the society applied for the exam, saying that they wanted to change jobs and find a counseling institution as a teacher. Some work during the day and work part-time in counseling institutions at night, and they really earn a lot on weekends.

But don't worry, from 2022, the number of teachers will definitely decrease a lot, because there are fewer people in society. Although the requirements for academic qualifications in the preparation of teachers' examinations have been relaxed (self-study, joint entrance examination and online education qualifications can be applied as long as they meet the conditions such as a degree certificate), the age limit has not been relaxed, including majors, so many people in society can't pass the examination and there are no extracurricular remedial classes, so the use of applying for a qualification certificate is not that great.

Of course, the number of children, including art and music, will increase accordingly, because there is a big gap in kindergarten teachers. As for art and music, there are still many institutions, and the number of such institutions will definitely increase gradually in these two to three years. Of course, this is a bad phenomenon, and art institutions will not be allowed to develop like previous disciplines. Everyone knows that.

However, one thing is certain. Although more and more people apply for the qualification certificate, the teacher qualification examination will definitely change after the revision and reform of the Law on Teachers in Units, which will increase many things, including the difficulty of teacher recruitment.
