Please note that the shortest title is 1 Chinese characters, and the longest title can be 10 Chinese characters.

B: introduction to supplementary knowledge

In the knowledge introduction section, you need to briefly introduce the knowledge you have created, which can be an introduction to the knowledge content or comments and opinions related to the knowledge. Concise and vivid introduction can make other users grasp the content of knowledge quickly and make knowledge get extensive attention.

C: Add knowledge pictures (optional)

Colorful and rich pictures can explain the content of knowledge well. You can choose to upload pictures related to knowledge. The steps of uploading a picture are as follows: Click the "Upload Picture" link, click "Browse" in the pop-up window, select a picture, and click "OK" to finish uploading the picture.

Please note:

You can only upload pictures from your local computer. For online pictures, you can download them to your local area first, and then upload them.

Uploadable image formats will be limited to JPG, GIF and PNG, with a maximum of 3M.

In order to ensure the display effect of pictures on the page, knowledge leaders will automatically compress pictures in equal proportion, so please try to choose pictures with similar length and width.

If the picture has nothing to do with the knowledge content, delete it; If you don't upload pictures, knowledge leaders will automatically add default pictures for you.

D: add tags

Knowledge label is an abstraction and generalization of the core content of knowledge. For example, the labels of "lunar exploration" knowledge can be "moon" and "exploration". The function of tags is equivalent to classification, which can facilitate the search and display of knowledge. Please add at least one tag for your knowledge. You can add up to three tags. Each label has at least 1 Chinese characters and at most 15 Chinese characters. The punctuation marks allowed in the label include: "-","","/",+"and&. If the tag has nothing to do with the knowledge content, it will be deleted.

At the bottom of the page are "Save Edit" and "Next" buttons. In the process of knowledge production, in order to prevent the added content from being lost, you can click "Save Edit".

The "Favorite" button saves the edited part, and the saved knowledge is placed in the "Uncommitted Knowledge" of the "Knowledge Leader" page of the "Know" personal center. When all the contents of the production process 1 are completed, you can click "Next" to enter the production process 2 page.

Step 4: Knowledge production process 2- Add columns and questions.

Add different sub-columns for your knowledge on the second page of the production process. This page is divided into three parts:

A: Manage added columns.

Column, that is, the sub-column under knowledge. When you add a column in the Add New Column section and submit it, the information of that column will be displayed here.

"Status" refers to whether the column is qualified or not. The qualified column is submitted, and the unqualified column needs to be improved. If the column is unqualified, it needs to be improved according to the prompt, otherwise the submission of production process 2 cannot be completed. For the columns that have been added, you can click the column title "Edit" to continue to improve. Delete will delete the added column.

B: add a new column

Column headings are general representations of column contents. The brief introduction of the column is a brief introduction to the content of the column. Column pictures are optional, and the rules for uploading pictures are the same as the "Fill in Knowledge Files" page.

Column questions refer to "knowing" questions related to column content, and each question needs to contain a question title and a question link. The way to get the title and link of the question is: open a page that "knows" a solved problem, copy the title of the question added by the questioner when asking questions, and then paste it in the "title" position of the question; Copy the link (url) of this question page completely, and then paste it into the "link" location.

Please note that the added question must be "known", have the best answer and have been solved. In a column, you need to add at least 5 questions. If there are more than 5 questions, you can click the "Add More Questions" link to expand the question adding area, and you can add up to 20 questions.

When adding column content, you need to click the "Submit Column" button to complete column submission. The submitted columns will be displayed in the "Added Columns" section above. Eligible columns with the status of Submitted; The status of unqualified columns is displayed as "to be improved". Please follow the tips on the page to improve the unqualified columns.

C: Back, Save, Edit and Next buttons are at the bottom of the page. Click "Back" to return to the knowledge production process page. Click on "Bao"

How to treat knowledge

2. For other users' knowledge, click the user's id first, and then view it on the "Knowledge Leader" page of the user's "Know the answer" page.

3. A certain subject knowledge can be searched through the "Hot Tags" column on the homepage of knowledge leaders, or click the "View All Tags" link in the "Hot Tags" column, and then search by category.

4. Other knowledge can be viewed through the list of necessary knowledge, recommended knowledge, hot comment knowledge and latest knowledge on the homepage.

Different knowledge States

The knowledge you created will be displayed in the knowledge guide in different states:

1. Uncommitted knowledge: the knowledge saved in the personal center during the production process is displayed on the "Uncommitted Knowledge" page of the personal center, and can be edited and submitted again.

2. Unpublished knowledge: includes two types of knowledge:

1) The user has completed the submission operation and is automatically submitting knowledge. This kind of knowledge is displayed on the unpublished knowledge page in the personal center, with the status of "Submitting" and cannot be edited. After the knowledge is submitted automatically, the knowledge will be displayed on the "Published Knowledge" page of the personal center, and the user can get 20 points as a head integral reward.

2) After the knowledge is submitted automatically, we will return it to the user because the knowledge needs to be improved. This kind of knowledge will be displayed on the unpublished knowledge page of personal center, with the status of "Publishing Failed" and cannot be edited.

3. Published knowledge: automatically submitted successful knowledge, which can be displayed on the knowledge master platform and divided into three levels:

1) General knowledge: knowledge content does not violate the principle of knowledge leading, knowledge problems are related to knowledge content, and the number of columns meets the requirements (at least 3 columns).

2) Recommended knowledge: high quality knowledge, complete knowledge pictures and column pictures, rich knowledge content and questions, and the number of columns meets the requirements (more than 5). Users who recommend knowledge can get a reward of 20 points, and knowledge will get a recommendation mark.

3) Essential knowledge: The highest level of knowledge can be displayed in the "Essential Knowledge" column on the homepage of the person in charge of knowledge for a week. The essence knowledge not only meets the requirements of recommending knowledge, but also requires a certain number of praises of knowledge, which is rich in content and represents a certain kind of knowledge or is related to hot spots. Users of the essence knowledge can get 30 points of head integral reward, and the knowledge will get the essence mark.

Note: Administrators have the right to delete pictures, labels and even the whole knowledge that violate the "knowledge master principle". Deleted knowledge and knowledge that failed to be submitted automatically are not displayed in the knowledge leader platform and personal center.

How to edit the statement of the person in charge of the company
