In the work of administrative reconsideration, the cases of administrative reconsideration and administrative compensation filed by citizens, legal persons and other organizations against the pilot county government are directly accepted by the provincial government and handled by the Legislative Affairs Office of the provincial government. In the assessment of administration according to law, the assessment of administration according to law in pilot counties is organized and implemented by the Legislative Affairs Office of the provincial government, and the municipal government under the provincial jurisdiction will no longer assess the administration according to law in pilot counties.
