What are the employment forms of CCTV?

Employment, Enterprise Employment, Department Employment and Group Employment in Taiwan Province;

Since190' s, some departments of CCTV began to openly recruit talents to the society, and there have been some sayings such as "department employment"-department employment, "group employment"-program group employment.

In 2003, CCTV carried out a large-scale personnel reform and established a labor dispatch system. According to the official data released by CCTV, by the end of May 2003, there were 7 142 employees in CCTV, accounting for 74% of the total employees in Taiwan Province, and 2.85 times of the "Taiwan Province employees" in the establishment. After the reform, by June 2004, CCTV had cleared 1654 temporary personnel who were not suitable for retention. By the end of 2004, more than 5,000 people had signed contracts with CTV Caihui Culture Co., Ltd. to work in CCTV by way of labor dispatch. Since then, there have been no so-called "departmental employment" and "group employment". There are only two kinds of people in CCTV: "Taiwanese employment" and "enterprise employment". "Enterprise-employed" personnel form labor relations with CCTV, and social security such as medical insurance and provident fund is the responsibility of the labor dispatch company, and the salary is paid from the program funds.
