For all kinds of enterprises in the county affected by the epidemic, if employees are organized to participate in online vocational training during the period of suspension or semi-suspension, they will be included in the scope of subsidies for special training funds such as vocational skills upgrading actions, and enjoy no more than 95% subsidies according to the actual training expenses.

1. Support object: During the period affected by the epidemic, all kinds of enterprises in our county that stop or stop production provide employees with online vocational skills training related to their main business according to the actual needs of production and operation. Platform enterprises and new format enterprises can refer to the implementation.

2. Support standard: The training subsidy for supporting enterprises to carry out online vocational skills training during the epidemic prevention and control period takes the form of direct subsidy to enterprises, and it is not allowed to replenish individuals or training institutions.

The subsidy standard can be subsidized according to the proportion that the actual training cost of the enterprise does not exceed 95%. In principle, the actual training cost per person for each training project shall not exceed that of 800 yuan.

Enterprise employees can enjoy no more than 3 subsidies each. Enterprise employees can only participate in the next training program after attending the last training program, and the same training program shall not be subsidized repeatedly.

3. Application materials: application report, training plan, business license and other qualification certification materials. Specifically, it is filed on the "Zhejiang Vocational Ability Service Platform". The training plan includes the name of the enterprise, training objectives, training courses, training duration, training methods and platforms, training fees, etc.

4. Examination and approval procedures: If an enterprise conducts online vocational skills training, it shall submit filing materials to the human resources and social security department, and conduct online training after filing by the human resources and social security department. After the enterprise completes the training course according to the training plan, it shall submit the roster of students, attendance records, proof materials of teaching records, invoices for purchasing online training platform services, and enterprise bank account information to the human resources and social security department.

5. Reporting period: The implementation period of this subsidy policy starts from the day when the first-level response to major public health emergencies in our province is started, and ends three months after the first-level response is lifted. The online vocational skills training issued by enterprises in this notice during the epidemic period can be included in the scope of subsidies after being audited by the human resources and social security department, and the subsidy period can be appropriately extended according to the actual situation of enterprises resuming production and operation.
