First, download and install the local community APP in the mobile phone application market, open the login app, click "Qualification Authentication" under "My Basic Pension" on the homepage, enter the ID number, click "Enter Qualification Authentication" on the qualification authentication page, enter the ID number, and click the qualification authentication. If the face recognition authentication passes, it will prompt that the authentication is successful, and click OK.

When you return to the qualification authentication page and enter the ID number again, you will be prompted that "the retired member has completed the authentication work".

Third, make inquiries through offline outlets, go directly to the lobby of the local social security bureau, and hold the staff's ID card to help check whether the certification is successful.

Anyone who has gone through retirement procedures in the previous year must receive pension qualification certification this year, otherwise the basic old-age insurance benefits will be stopped.

There are two common authentication times:

First, there is no fixed-term authentication information collection: people who receive basic old-age insurance benefits are authenticated once a year from the first face information collection (for example, the first authentication date is 2065438+March 25th, 2006, and the next authentication time is 2065438+March 25th, 2007). You can receive 12 months of basic old-age insurance benefits continuously every time you hold a certificate.

Second, regular certification information collection: certification in some urban areas has a fixed term, generally from March to the end of August. Please consult the local service telephone number 12333 for the specific certification time.

If a retiree dies, the survivors shall go through the funeral pension formalities at the service window (municipal administrative service center) of the Municipal Social Security Bureau within 15 days with the original cancellation certificate issued by the public security department, the identity card of the deceased and the applicant, and the original and photocopy of the household registration book.
