At that time, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security will give a notice when the base can be declared, and then the unit can log in to the "social insurance" platform of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security (the lower right corner of the webpage) within the specified time, log in with the digital certificate of the unit, and fill in the new salary base of all employees of the unit.

Generally, the new base is calculated according to the average salary of each employee in the previous year. If you are a new employee this year, you can declare your salary in the first month.
