Chengdu social security can be reimbursed for the birth of a child

Chengdu maternity insurance needs to be paid normally for one year before reimbursement. The prerequisites for reimbursement of maternity insurance are that the employer pays the full amount of maternity insurance for the employee in accordance with the regulations; the employee pays the maternity insurance for more than one year; and that it complies with the relevant regulations on family planning.

Article 53 of the Social Insurance Law

Employees shall take part in maternity insurance, and the employer shall pay maternity insurance premiums in accordance with the state regulations, and the employees shall not pay maternity insurance premiums.

Article 54

Where an employer has paid maternity insurance premiums, its employees shall be entitled to maternity insurance benefits; the employee's unemployed spouse shall be entitled to maternity medical expenses in accordance with state regulations. The necessary funds shall be paid from the Maternity Insurance Fund.

Maternity insurance benefits include maternity medical expenses and maternity allowance.
