At present, in addition to maternity insurance, the other four social insurance contributions are determined according to the following proportions:

1. Basic old-age insurance: the unit contribution rate is 20%, and the employee individual contribution rate is 8%; The proportion of individual contributions is 22%.

2. Medical insurance:

(1) Basic medical insurance: the unit contribution rate is 9%; The proportion of individual employees to pay is 2%; Retirees do not pay their own fees.

(2) Large Medicaid for outpatient (emergency) treatment: unit pays 1%.

(3) Large medical assistance: individual employees and retirees pay 36 yuan in one lump sum every year.

3. Unemployment insurance: the unit contribution ratio is 2%; The individual contribution ratio of employees is1%; Farmers' contract workers themselves do not pay fees.

4. Work-related injury insurance: the industry benchmark rate and floating rate are implemented.

(1) benchmark rate: according to the industrial injury risks of different industries, with reference to the National Economic Industry Classification (GB/T4754-2002), the industries are divided into three categories. Units participating in work-related injury insurance for the first time shall implement the industry benchmark rate. The specific proportion is: the primary industry accounts for 0.5% of the total wages of employees, the secondary industry accounts for 1% of the total wages of employees, and the tertiary industry accounts for 2% of the total wages of employees. The social security agency shall determine the applicable rates of each unit according to the industrial and commercial registration and main production and business operations of the employer.

(2) Floating rate: According to the employer's use of work-related injury insurance premiums in the previous year, the incidence of work-related injuries, the degree of occupational disease hazards and other factors, the rate is subject to regular floating.
