After graduation, the original students' medical insurance card function will be automatically cancelled, and they can enjoy medical insurance benefits only by purchasing urban workers' medical insurance or residents' medical insurance separately. If the work unit and the school are in the same city, you can bring your ID card and social security card to the local social security center to get the password before you can activate it online. If you are not in the same city, you have to apply for it again, because the social security has not yet been networked nationwide, and the new social security card with the UnionPay logo can be used as a bank card. If necessary, you should also bring your ID card and social security card.
