1. If the social security card of the insured is lost, it shall immediately report the loss temporarily, and go through the formal written procedures for reporting the loss and replacing the card within 5 working days.

The written loss report of social security card can be handled at the nearest social security card management institution.

2. When reporting the loss of the social security card in writing, you need to handle it with your ID card and fill in the report on the loss of the social security card;

If the ID card is lost, it can be handled by the insured temporary id card.
