What information does Huiyang social security registration certificate need for annual review?

Units that have registered for social insurance shall be verified once a year (except those newly registered in that year), and the time shall be the month corresponding to the last digit of the social security registration certificate code. Units to the town (street) social security office to apply for social insurance registration certificate annual inspection, should provide the following documents and materials:

(a) "social insurance registration certificate verification declaration form" (available from the social security office);

(2) social insurance registration certificate;

(3) The original and photocopy of the organization code certificate;

(4) The original and photocopy of the local tax registration certificate;

(five) the original and photocopy of the business license, the certificate of approval of practice or the certificate of approval of establishment;

(six) accounting vouchers for nearly three months at the time of annual inspection (with a summary of subjects and a payroll) or a list of the average monthly salary income of employees in the previous year issued by a certified public accounting firm (audit firm);

(seven) units with branches shall provide insurance certificates for the employees of their branches;

(eight) if the unit employs retirees or Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and foreign citizens, it shall provide the original and photocopy of the retirement certificate or my identity certificate;

(nine) employees in different places shall provide the insurance certificate issued by the local social security department;

(ten) the intermediary company shall provide a power of attorney when acting as an agent for annual inspection.
