Conditions for withdrawal of social security accumulation fund in Guangzhou

First, the conditions for employees to go through the resignation formalities in different places:

1. Not registered in Guangzhou and terminating the labor relationship with the employer;

2. The unit has gone through the formalities for sealing the individual housing provident fund account.

The withdrawal condition is account cancellation withdrawal, and the withdrawal amount is the current balance of personal account, including the unit deposit part and the personal deposit part.

Second, the information to be submitted:

1. Proof of termination of labor relations with the unit;

2 "housing provident fund withdrawal application form" in duplicate, stamped with the official seal of the unit;

3. Extract the applicant's ID card;

4. Note: Employees shall submit the originals and copies of relevant materials to the bank outlets for withdrawal procedures according to the policy, and the bank outlets will review and immediately handle withdrawal and cancellation procedures. If the employee who receives the reconciliation account book needs to provide the original reconciliation account book.
