Only tourist passports and immigrant employment certificates are not required. Other visa types are required.

Family certificate required for American individual tourist visa:

1. Copy of ID card (both sides of ID card are required to be copied on the same side of A4 paper).

2. The original and photocopy of the household registration book (including the first page, first page, personal page and spouse page of the household registration book).

3. Original marriage certificate (if the certificate is lost, please provide the certificate of loss issued by the Civil Affairs Bureau), copy 1 copy, and family photos.

Proof of assets required for US visa:
