This Schedule is only applicable to residents born in Chinese mainland.

Relative migration schedule

First priority

That is, unmarried children of American citizens (age 2 1 or above): May 0, 20041.

Second priority category a

That is, spouses and children of permanent residents (2 1 under one year old): 0 1, April 2007.

Second priority category b

That is, unmarried children of permanent residents (2 1 over one year old): April 2003, 15.

Third priority category

That is, married children of American citizens (at any age): 200 1 March 15.

Fourth priority category

That is, brothers and sisters of American citizens (of any age): 0 1 1, 2000.

List of professional immigrants

First priority

That is, outstanding talents, executives of multinational companies, outstanding researchers and professors.

Second priority category

That is, persons with master's degree or above or with special talents: July 22, 2006.

Third priority category

That is, professionals, skilled workers and unskilled workers: March 0, 20041

Fourth priority category

Namely, religious workers, former US government workers and other special immigrants: current (quota)
