These newly established companies just lack employees who can share weal and woe, so usually you will receive an interview invitation soon after you vote, and you will find that their salary will be lower, and the boss will tell you that the company will train you because you just came out of campus and have no work experience, right? As long as you work hard, you will become the manager of a certain department in the future, and the company will give you a raise and give you shares. The boss drew a pie for you, and you naively imagined the future. Finally, you agreed to work in this startup company.

Although we often hear teachers and seniors say that entering a small company can exercise your ability, learn a lot and accumulate work experience. If you go to a big company, it's like a small screw. My boss even lamented that time passed so fast every day. He works overtime until ten o'clock almost every day. For him, every day is full of fear and he is walking on thin ice. It is difficult for a start-up company to survive, but even though there are many difficulties in his work, for him, a sense of accomplishment and value can make him struggle passionately every day. However, I was overwhelmed by the huge work pressure. After three months, even though I have learned a lot, I still feel that this startup is not suitable for me. I need to have my own colorful life after work. Finally, I resigned. If you can't accept high-intensity work, and you are not a workaholic who can accept life as work, maybe you are not suitable to join a startup.

Do you have a strong learning ability and can you grow up quickly?

In startups, the word "fast" is often spelled out. The speed of development is the first, and slowly it is equivalent to chronic suicide. We are e-commerce, and product competition requires us to achieve the top ten best-selling products in the shortest time. When new products are launched, we must seize the first half of the month and do our best in ranking and sales. If you don't grasp the best development period of the product and do it seriously, the product will be scrapped. I have to compare with my competitors every day, and I have no resources to find them. If there are no conditions to create conditions, you must go. Before choosing a startup, you should ask yourself, how is your learning ability? Can you learn all the skills of this position in one month and meet the requirements of the leader? Can you grow up quickly with the company. If you can't accept such a fast working pace and such a high standard, it's easy for you to go to blx when you encounter difficulties. If you want a stable job, don't get involved in this muddy water.

Every company pursues efficiency, and startups are more obvious in this regard. You may not get any good treatment in the early stage, and your work will be very hard. As a newly graduated college student, I want to grow up step by step and gain a skill in the workplace, but my heart is not strong. In just one month or three months, I haven't been able to be independent in this position. Personally, I don't recommend going to a startup for development. In addition, there is little chance that a startup will survive. You expect it to mix well and become the second Alibaba, not to mention.
