Article 4 breach of contract

1. Either party to this agreement shall notify the other party three months in advance if it wants to dissolve this agreement.

2. Because Party B fails to perform its due duties according to the requirements of this agreement, Party B shall bear the economic penalties imposed on Party A by the relevant state environmental protection departments due to the pollution accident, and bear all legal responsibilities.

4. When relevant national policies and regulations change or superior administrative orders conflict with this agreement, Party A has the right to terminate this agreement immediately and notify Party B..

1. Party B shall recycle and disassemble the "scrapped cars" it receives in strict accordance with the Administrative Measures for Scrap Car Recycling issued by the State Council No.307. 2. The recovery price paid by Party B to Party A is tentatively set at/ton, and the actual recovery price will be adjusted appropriately after being converted according to the current waste price in the market. Settle with Party A within ten working days from the date of trailer.

3. Party B is responsible for handling the scrapping procedures of automobiles within 10 working days, and issuing the recycling certificate of scrapped automobiles, purchase invoices and cancellation certificate of vehicle management office, and returning them to Party A for filing.

4. Party B is responsible for the expenses of hauling scrapped cars in Guangzhou and the safety during hauling.

5. Party B shall assist Party A in handling the state subsidy for scrapping and updating used cars.

This agreement is valid for one year and takes effect from the date of signature by both parties.

5. During the term of the agreement, if either party proposes to terminate the agreement, it should apply to the other party one month in advance, and the agreement can be reached only after negotiation.
