1. Digital photo receipt.

At present, people who hold social security cards (IC cards) can use the applicant's photos by default without providing a digital photo receipt when handling IC cards (for example, it is recommended to update the original IC card photos that have been received for more than five years, so as not to affect medical treatment or other business handling due to appearance changes).

2. valid documents.

(1) One original and one copy of the applicant's ID card;

(2) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan people need to provide a pass to and from the mainland and an employment permit within the validity period;

(3) Foreigners are required to provide passports or permanent residence permits for foreigners and employment certificates within the validity period.

(4) Loss reporting and cancellation of financial social security cards.

The insured who holds the financial and social security card shall go to the corresponding bank outlets to report the loss and cancel the hanging business with the valid documents provided when handling the card.
