1. What kinds of endowment insurance are there?
Social endowment insurance can be divided into the following categories:
1, employee pension insurance
The security system for employees in work units is enforced by the state, and the insurance costs are shared by individuals and units.
2. Residents' endowment insurance
For the unemployed or unemployed, it covers urban household registration, and the insurance premium consists of personal and government subsidies.

2. If the average wage of last year is lower than 60% or less of the average wage of local employees at the end of last year, the payment base of five insurances and one gold shall be calculated according to 60% of the average monthly wage;
3. If the average salary of last year was between 60% and 300% of the average salary of local employees at the end of last year, the payment base of five insurances and one gold shall be declared according to the actual salary.
The deposit base of housing provident fund is the average monthly salary of employees in the previous year, that is, the total salary of the previous year divided by 12. The previous year refers to the natural year, that is, June 65438 to February 65438.
The deposit base of housing provident fund shall not be lower than the minimum monthly wage of employees in the previous year announced by the municipal human resources and social security department, and shall not exceed 3 times the average monthly wage of employees in the city in the previous year announced by the municipal statistics department.
Social security payment base, also known as social insurance payment base, is the basis for insured units and insured persons to pay social insurance premiums. Social insurance payment base × payment ratio = social insurance premium payable.
Three, five insurance and one gold calculation formula
Endowment insurance = payment base ×8% (individual contribution ratio)+payment base ×20% (unit contribution ratio)
Medical insurance = payment base ×2% (individual contribution ratio)+payment base × 12% (unit contribution ratio)
Other social security projects and housing provident fund are also calculated according to the above calculation formula, in which the payment base of five insurances and one gold is calculated according to the average salary of employees in the previous year.
